Both Inflation Numbers and Cape Verde are Hot

Dear Traders,

I am writing this newsletter from Cape Verde, a beautiful island in the central Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa. As you will recall from my last newsletter, I am participating in a 110 km (68 mile) trail running race. It is literally stunning here, and also very hot, which is a nice change from rainy and mild Vancouver. Do not ask me how I ended up here (!), but I am so glad to be on this delightful island, enjoying the scenery and the culture. As promised, I have some pictures to share with you.

This week I unfortunately did miss a few trading days due to a lack of internet access, but we had Brian, aka the “Prophet of Profit”, back in the room, trading TZA against my TNA position and making profit. I will be in Lisbon next week and then heading home to Vancouver. I can assure you that I have no further traveling plans in the works until 2022. I sense I will be able to trade with you most days once I return to Canada.

As for Bear Bull Traders, we have some truly exceptional webinars lined up for you in order to finish 2021 on a strong note. Next Monday, we are holding our regular onboarding, technology, and advanced tools sessions featuring Kyle and Carlos.

I bet you have probably heard Jarad talking often in the chatroom about “filling the gap”. Well, on Tuesday, for our strategy webinar, Jarad is going to discuss how exactly he trades these gaps.

On Wednesday, Créde will speak about the importance of resilience in trading, and especially after you have suffered through a losing streak. I can guarantee that you do not want to miss next week’s webinars!
