S.O.P. stands for Standard Operating Procedure. S.O.P. is about simplifying the Process. Not reinventing the wheel. Not improvising unnecessarily. Keeping things streamlined and efficient. Some S.O.P.s are universal, others need to be quite personal (to target your own bad habits). And some… like “losing better” are what I would call ‘advanced’, i.e. curiously paradoxical.
