S&P500 Back To All-Time High! Stocks Rally, Day Trading Setups & Bootcamp Trader Results

Dear Traders,

What an amazing stock market we have in 2026! The S&P500 index just rallied all the way back to the previous all-time high level, now very close to breaking out for a new high.

Tech stocks including NVDA, AMZN, META and GOOGL all had a strong bounce, creating plenty of high quality setups for day traders and scalpers.

The S&P500 is now just about 0.5% away from a record high.
In our live trading chatroom this morning, I had 2 profitable trades on ORCL and PLTR during the opening hour.
Seeing big ask-side orders at $169 & $170 on Market Atlas, I scalped ORCL long with a VWAP reclaim + “9/20” EMA setup.
There’s something special I would like to share with you today. I received a personal reflection email from one of our latest bootcamp alums at Peak Capital Trading.

She is a Board Director of a publicly traded company, an engineer and a former C-suite executive.

Toni wrote to me:

” After bootcamp, I thought about the transition from the behavioral patterns of a professional, in my case a former CFO, to the behaviors needed for successful trading. Many behaviors are exactly the opposite of how to be successful as a professional, and destructive for a trader.”

She created this comparison table to reflect on her transition from a CFO to a trader.

Peak Capital Trading Bootcamp is a structured, intensive 13-week private trading bootcamp. From Toni’s email to me, she mentioned 3 key points in her bootcamp experience that significantly improved their trading approach:

  • The Tradebook: The most valuable outcome was creating a personalized “tradebook” outlining their strategy, risk management, and psychology, which the BBT team rigorously reviewed each week.
  • Managing Emotions: The bootcamp helped her translate the highly emotional and individual nature of trading into a structured, rules-based framework.
  • Building an Edge: By acting as a personal contract, the tradebook enforces disciplined habits. This consistency helps remove emotion from the probability-based game of trading, ultimately building trust and conviction in their edge.

For traders who are interested in attending 2026 bootcamps, I recommend you reach out to the Mike Baehr, the Chief Learning Officer of Peak Capital Trading. You can also check our latest Bootcamp schedule and program brochure here on the website.
