Tech Selloff + Fresh Opportunities for Traders

Dear Traders,

AI stocks are pulling back, and for day traders, that means fresh opportunities. After a strong run in the sector, the market is taking a closer look at valuations and earnings expectations. These shifts can create excellent setups on both the long and short side, especially when we stay patient and let the price action guide us.

The neocloud sector, including names such as CRWV, NBIS, and IREN, has seen some big moves recently. As investors weigh the costs and potential of expanding AI infrastructure, these stocks are giving traders plenty to watch. We don’t need to predict where the entire AI industry is heading to find a good trade.

We need a clear setup, a defined risk, and the discipline to follow our plan.

TSLA and AMZN Setups With Market Atlas

Monday was a great example. Brian Pezim and I found some excellent opportunities in the chatroom, with both AMZN and TSLA offering strong setups. We used Market Atlas to help guide our decisions, and Brian called an excellent TSLA trade that many of us took together.

Brian called a great long on TSLA on Monday morning. I took the trade and added to my position for the breakout above $410, with help from Market Atlas.
