Help Me Bring My Dream Car To Canada

Market has been volatile and hot. Yesterday I traded NVDA and made a good profit which made me think of buying an art car for next year’s Burning Man!
I found an art car called Huggzy that’s available in Idaho, but it needs to be made street legal and transported to Canada. Can anyone help with this?
Huggzy has been to Burning Man a few times, but their camp no longer needs it. I’m willing to take over its maintenance.
Alternatively, does anyone know a company that can design and build a street-legal small art car for us? We need help turning our dreams into reality.
