NYSE Floor Tour and the Story of Becoming a Profitable Trader in One Year

Dear Traders,

I am writing this letter to you with some excellent news. First though, our very own Thor Young was invited to the New York Stock Exchange and received a tour of the NYSE’s trading floor. He was also able to discuss many important technical aspects of trading with designated market makers (the people who once were referred to by the NYSE as specialists). I know Thor deepened his knowledge of how the market works and how we can understand its mechanisms. I sense we can look forward to hearing about all of this from Thor in the chatroom in the coming days. I unfortunately could not join him in NYC as I have recently returned from England and the EU, and I am required to stay 14 days in Canada before being able to enter the United States (thanks to COVID-19 rules and regulations).

Regardless, Thor and Carlos and several of our members in the Big Apple held a small meetup and I am really happy that Thor had this opportunity on behalf of all of us. The important news I want to share is that the NYSE knows about us, and there are discussions taking place now on how we can work together more closely to educate the new generation of traders. As an exchange, they are motivated to help traders to trade better and smarter, and thus provide a path for everyone’s success. Stay tuned for more news about BBT working with the NYSE.
