Only 1 Day to TEDx BBT
Dear Traders,
We’ve got one day left until our big event—TEDx and the Trading Summit—and I’m super excited! We have about 250 people joining us, and it’s going to be one of the most amazing events we’ve ever organized.

In 2009, I arrived in Canada with nothing in my pocket—just a suitcase and a head full of dreams. I didn’t know where the road would take me, but I was ready to work hard and make something of my life.
Fast forward to today, and I’m sitting in front of our TEDx BBT sign inside the beautiful Paradox Hotel in Vancouver, getting ready to host one of the biggest events I’ve ever been part of.
On March 29, we’re bringing together:
- Over 16 amazing speakers
- 10 local artists
- And more than 250 guests
All for a full-day experience from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., followed by an epic afterparty at Mansion Nightclub.
Honestly, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.
This journey—from being a broke newcomer in Canada, to getting my PhD, building a career, writing books, and starting this trading community—has been full of ups and downs. But today, looking around, I just feel proud and incredibly thankful.
None of this would be possible without the amazing people who’ve supported me—my community, my chosen family from all over the world. Some of you are even flying in just for this event—how amazing is that?
TEDx BBT isn’t just another event. It’s a celebration of stories, resilience, and connection. I’m beyond excited to learn from the speakers, be inspired by the artists, and share this experience with so many of you.
