Trading our best depends on which brain is dominant in real time. Stress (fear) and
excitement (dopamine) can switch brain dominance in an instant. Diet and sleep quality
also make a huge difference. If you have a sleep-debt you probably won’t trade well.
Recent neuro-imaging studies have identified specific nutrients that promote healthy
brain function and reduce the effects of stress. Additionally, there’s a simple
biofeedback device that works with a phone app that gives real-time stress readings.
