I hope everyone had an amazing trading day! This week, 35 of our traders and members of our global community traveled to Colombia for an incredible retreat. We started in Medellin and just landed in Cartagena, where we’re spending a few nights exploring this stunning part of the country.
Although many of us missed trading today due to travel, this afternoon we’re diving into something unique: a rum-tasting experience. Along with exploring flavors, we’re learning how rum is connected to Colombia’s rich history and culture. It’s a great way to immerse ourselves in this amazing country.
I want to thank everyone for their patience while we’ve been on the move this week. I’m so grateful to those who joined this retreat and made it possible. It’s a milestone for Bear Bull Traders, bringing not just traders but their families together.

After Cartagena, some of us—myself included, along with Peter, Megan, and others—will be heading to Amazonia, at the border of Colombia and Brazil. I’ve never been to Amazonia before, and I’m beyond excited to witness one of the richest ecosystems in the world. The Amazon is home to unparalleled biodiversity, with countless species of plants, animals, and cultures that coexist in harmony. It’s truly one of the planet’s most important treasures, and I feel lucky to experience it firsthand.
