Dear Traders, Wednesday, July 29 turned out to be a busy day in the markets. While it’s certainly not the best price action for day traders, knowing the key events and what caused the sentiment shifts will prepare us for the sessions ahead. That evening, BBT’s Carlos Moreta also hosted a live mentorship focused on … Read more
Dear Traders, Tuesday turned into a fantastic trading day, although it certainly didn’t start that way. That evening, Lenny Winnemuller also hosted a live webinar teaching one of the most effective intraday strategies: the Opening Range Break (ORB) setup. Dear Traders, A lot of news and macro-economic events took place in the past week. Warfare between US and Iran took over the headlines again, causing oil futures to surge while equities fall harder. A sell-off in chipmakers gathered pace, driving the over-extended stocks to a bear market amid rising concerns that A.I. spending has … Read more

Dear Traders Every once in a while, an email stops me in my tracks. This week it came from Nan, one of our members who joined us in Egypt this year. She didn’t write to ask a question. She wrote to tell me she’s now profitable, making five figures a month, and that her whole life … Read more
Dear Traders, Another fantastic trading session today! SpaceX (SPCX) was officially added to the Nasdaq-100 Index prior to the market open today. Everyone thought this was a bullish event but it turned out to be a classic “sell the news” price action. During today’s live trading session, Brian Pezim and I identified an excellent short opportunity in SPCX inside … Read more

Dear Traders, All eyes on Micron ($MU) today, and it didn’t disappoint. The entire markets were selling off this week as investors have been de-risking before Micron’s earnings. MU dropped below $1000 today during the regular trading session, reported earnings, absolutely crushed the estimates, and the stock skyrocketed back to a new all-time high. When this happened, … Read more

Dear Traders, Fed’s Chair Kevin Warsh just delivered his first FOMC meeting today. FOMC held rates steady, but it was slightly hawkish rather than dovish, and we now see signs of potential rate hikes. Warsh’s first meeting removed the easing bias, the “dot-plot “shifted toward one 2026 hike, and markets sold off because traders realized … Read more
Dear Traders, I’m grateful for an amazing day, locking in $92K day trading SPCX and $50K unrealized on options swing trades. The markets squeezed to near all-time high yesterday but today turned risk-off mode. MRVL today was one of the best … Read more
Dear Traders, Wall street “bought the dip” once again. Both SPY and QQQ opened with a gap down from the all-time high, but traded all the way back to the previous day’s range and closed green. It’s important to watch where capital is moving, aka sector rotation. The hot stocks we’ve been trading in semiconductor cooled … Read more
